I’m Dr. Bola Tafawa, a Multifaceted Maverick.
After decades of leading corporate teams; founding and running global enterprises across agriculture, education, and health, with $60 million in annual turnover; and advising an African President, I was at the pinnacle of success, yet I felt lost.
I was overworked, overwhelmed and under-living!
With all my degrees, Including my hard-earned Harvard-PhD, business-class travels, and checklist of life’s success, I still felt empty. Following the prescribed success formula of ‘hard work at the best school + #grit&corporate hustle’, failed me.
I had to redefine success in terms of ‘purpose + profit + peace’ and ‘fulfilling + fun-filled.’
Today, I work (60%) less while increasing revenue and impact as i build a series of family businesses. With my husband, we support the growth of promising SMEs across Africa, homeschool & world-school our four children while developing early childhood curricula and guide wealth and legacy formation for for HNW entrepreneurs. I am passionate about equipping accomplished female leaders to also shift from success to significance.

My plate is so full. How much time will I need to invest weekly to Power-Up My Purpose?
Power-Up Your Purpose is set-up as a self-paced program. Through the course of about 10 weeks, new program modules and content are released to you every week. A good rule of thumb would be an hour or two per week watching the lessons and another 2-3 putting them into action. You can always add more or take less time. But as a (homeschooling) mama-of-4, I know life happens. That's why you have life time access to the course (*as long as it is hosted on a virtual platform) should it take you longer or you need to revisit the topics.
Will I get immediate access to all the modules and lessons for the purpose programs?
As soon as you pay for the programs, you get access to the first set of modules, video and workbooks. You will then get access to new modules, videos and workbook weekly. In essence, you get new content every week to help you pace your path in the program.
Is Power-Up My Purpose only for Christians? Is it religious?
Power up Your Purpose is bible-based and Christian. The program is for professional women who believe in the Trinity of God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. In the Power up Your Purpose program. you will master how to Hear God for yourself and how to effectively make decisions aligned with your God-given purpose. So yes, the program is not just about your purpose. It is about discovering and igniting your God-given purpose-path.
How long do I have access to Power-Up Your Purpose?
Once you pay for the program, you have lifetime access to the program's videos (as long as it is hosted on a virtually platform). Workbooks are digital downloads.
